摘要
目的:通过对高弹性联轴器静力学仿真结果的分析,来验证该型联轴器的设计合理性。方法:由于该联轴器力学方程具有高度非线性特点,很难用理论公式准确地计算出它的动态特性。因此、通过有限元法来确定联轴器的力学性能参数。结果:利用ANSYS软件对联轴器进行了静力学分析,并将仿真数据与试验数据进行了比较,发现两者相吻合。结论:利用有限元计算能够快速精确地计算出高弹性联轴器的力学性能,同时分析结果表明该型联轴器的设计比较合理。
Objective:Based on the analysis of the dynamic and statical simulation results of the coupling,to verify the rationality of the design program.Method:The mechanics equation of the coupling is highly nonlinear,it is difficult to calculate the reliable results with the theory formula.So,the mechanical property parameters of the coupling are achieved by means of finite element analysis.Result:The statics and modality analysis of the coupling is carried out by ANSYS.At the same time,the simulation results agree with the measured data very well through comparative analyses.Conclusion:The FEM method can be calculated the mechanical property of the coupling accurately and fast.Meanwhile,the results indicate that the design of the coupling is reasonable.
