摘要
针对保险粉在储存和运输过程中存在较大的安全隐患,研发了一种新型还原剂RC-E。对还原剂RC-E在分散染料染色涤纶针织单面布的还原清洗、涤纶针织双面布剥色、纯棉针织单面布剥色、洗缸工艺进行了介绍,并与保险粉工艺进行了对比,同时进行了试生产。结果表明,还原剂RC-E用量为保险粉用量50%时,就可以达到保险粉还原清洗以及剥色的效果;在对比较鲜艳的颜色剥色时,还原剂RC-E剥色后织物色光变化较小,明度也比较高;与此同时在很大程度上降低了保险粉应用中的安全隐患及污染问题,并节约了生产成本。
A new type of reducing agent RC-E reductant has been developed for the safety risk during storage and transportation of the sodium hydrosulfite. The process of reductant RC-E in the reductive cleaning, stripping color of polyester and cotton fabric process and washing tank were indroduced and compared with the sodium hydrosulfite process, which is used in real production. The results show that when the dosage of reductant RC-E is50% of the sodium hydrosulfite, the effect of the reductive cleaning and the stripping color can be achieved. When the color is striking, the color change of the fabric after reductant RC-E stripping is small, brightness is relatively higher. At the same time, reductant RC-E solved the safety and pollution problems in the application of rongalite and pollution, and saved the cost of production.
