摘要
将还原清洗剂RC-200应用于涤纶纱线还原清洗和纯棉纱线剥色处理。与常规保险粉工艺相比,分散染料染涤纶纱线经还原清洗剂RC-200还原清洗后,耐水洗色牢度提高0.5～1级;活性染料染纯棉纱线经还原清洗剂RC-200剥色后,白度和强力保留良好,大多可用于直接染色。
Reductive detergent RC-200 was applied to reduction clearing of polyester yarn and stripping of dyed cotton yarn. Compared with conventional sodium hydrosulfite process, color fastness to washing of disperse dyed polyester yarn after reduction clearing with RC-200 increased 0. 5 ~ 1 grade; reactive dyed cotton yarn stripped with RC-200 featured better whiteness and strength retention, and could be used to re-dyeing directly.
