摘要
涤纶及其混纺织物分散染料染色后,采用新型弱碱性还原清洗剂ECO进行还原清洗,能有效去除染色织物的表面浮色,处理后的染色牢度能够达到3～4级以上,对织物的色光影响较小,废水COD值降低40.86%。ECO还原清洗工艺可简化工序,一次清洗后即可使布面pH值达到后续加工要求。
A new alkalescent reduction clearing agent ECO is applied to rinsing process of polyester fiber and its blends dyed with disperse dyes. The agent ECO can effectively remove the loose color on the fabric surface and has little influence on the shade. The color fastness of the dyeings can reach above 3-4 level. The COD value of wastewater decreases by 40.86%. The reduction clearing process with ECO short-cuts the procedures and can meet the subsequent requirements on pH value of fabric surface after one time rinsing.
