摘要 针对涤纶针织珊瑚绒烂花印花产品的特点,介绍了该产品的工艺流程、工艺条件和工艺设备,包括为提高白度,可在预定形中添加适量荧光增白剂;烂花加工中打底糊应有较强的吸水能力,加入少量扩散剂可提高分散染料的扩散;在绳状水洗机中完成柔软整理;并就加工中常出现的问题,提出了相应的解决方法。 Aiming at the performance of the polyester knitted coral fleece, the process flow, conditions and equipments in burnt-out printing are introduced. Considerations are pointed out,such as adding certain fluorescent brightener in pre-setting process can increase the whiteness,the stock paste should have good water absorbency,the diffusing agent can accelerate the diffusion of disperse dyes,softening finishing is carried out in rope washing machine. Solutions for common defects in burnt- out printing are also given.
