摘要 [目的/意义]学术评价是学术界一项极其重要的价值评估工作,包括定性评价(同行评议)和定量评价两类。文章主要针对后者,对该领域近年来取得的重要研究进展进行全面总结和评述。[方法/过程]主要使用文献调研和案例分析方法,分别从评价理念、评价对象、评价数据源、应用实践及反思5个方面进行论述。[结果/结论](1)评价理念的更新表现出深度的质量化和语义化趋向;(2)评价对象的选取发生两极化延伸;(3)评价数据源不断拓展,替代计量数据快速兴起;(4)大型评价实践不断开展,影响力日益扩大;(5)《莱顿宣言》发布,对量化学术评价进行了深刻反思。 [ Purpose/significance] Academic evaluation, which includes qualitative evaluation (peer-review) and quantitative evaluation, always plays an important role in the academic field. This paper uses quantitative evaluation to comprehensively summarize and review recent important research advances in the field. [ Method/process ] Based on literature investigation and case study, the paper reviews five related aspects: the evaluation idea, object, data source, practical application and reflection. [ Result/conclusion] (1)evaluation ideas' update shows deepening quality and semantic trend; (2)seleetion of evaluation objects shows polarization of refinement and integration; (3)data sources continue to expand along with their increasing accessibility and arising of altmetric data set; (4)some large-scale evaluation cases are carried out with more and more influence; (5)the release of the Leiden Manifesto gives its self-examination for research metrics.
