摘要
[目的/意义]面对学术评价乱象频发,宏观层面上系统梳理和探讨相关关键问题,有助于优化学术评价制度和解决实践问题。[方法/过程]基于宏观视角,首先厘清学术评价的理论逻辑;其次围绕学术评价“四链”进行关键问题探讨;最后根据关键问题提出学术评价的未来发展对策。[结果/结论]研究提出了价值理性、工具理性和人文理性作为学术评价的理论支撑。从生态视角辨析学术评价系统与其他“五系统”之间的逻辑关系。政策链、学术链、价值链和利益链串连起了学术评价的各种关键问题。最后呼吁新时代的学术评价发展应着力抓好:准确界定学术评价的地位及角色功能,树立学术评价新意识;回归学术本质,搭建学术评价的理论框架;突出专业化,完善学术评价科学体系;促进良性循环,培育学术评价文化。
[Purpose/Significance]In the face of frequent chaotic academic evaluation,it helps to optimize the academic evaluation system and solve practical problems by systematic sorting and discussion of relevant key issues at the macro level.[Method/Process]From the macro perspective,firstly,it needs to clarify the theoretical logic of academic evaluation.Secondly,it is vital to discuss the key issues of the"four chains"of academic evaluation.Finally,some countermeasures for the future development of academic evaluation are suggested.[Result/Conclusion]This paper puts forward three kinds of evaluation rationality:value rationality,instrumental rationality and humanistic rationality.The logical relationship between academic evaluation system and other systems are analyzed from a perspective of ecology.The various key issues of academic evaluation are linked by the"four chains"of academic evaluation,including policy chain,academic chain,value chain and benefit chain.Finally,it calls for the development of academic evaluation in the new era to focus on:accurately defining the status and function of academic evaluation and establishing a new awareness of it;returning to the academic essence and building the theoretical framework of academic evaluation;highlighting specialization and improving the scientific system of academic evaluation;promoting a virtuous circle and cultivating the culture of academic evaluation.
