摘要
探索高校教师发展的新途径和模式,既是高校教师自身发展的诉求,也是当前教育改革和提高教育质量的焦点问题之一。文章以高校教师专业化发展的必要性为研究背景,寻求教师专业化发展培训的有效途径,从而提高高等教育质量。
Exploring the new models for the development of university teachers is the requirement of teacher development and one of the focuses of education reform and improving education quality. Based on the necessity of professional development of university teachers, the article seeks some effective methods to train teachers so as to promote the construction of the new mode.
