摘要
通过电容器的投切调节系统电压是提高电能质量的重要措施之一。但大的电容器组在投入和切除的瞬间,会产生瞬态过电压和涌流,影响系统电压的稳定性。特高压泉城站110 kV断路器首次采用了选相分合闸装置,成功解决了电容器组投切瞬间的瞬态过电压和涌流问题。对选相分合闸装置特点、功能原理和投切策略进行了详细分析,为其他相似特高压站提供技术参考。
Regulating the voltage of power system through switching capacitors is one of the most important measures to improve the quality of the power.However,the transient overvoltage and inrush current are produced at the instant of the input and removal of the large capacitor banks,which will affect the stability of the system voltage seriously.In the 110 kV circuit breaker equipped in the 110 kV side of Quancheng UHV station,phase selection devices are firstly adopted to switch four groups of capacitor banks.The application of these devices solves the problem of transient overvoltage and inrush current successfully.The characteristic,function principle and switching strategy of phase selection devices are described,which will provide references for other similar UHV stations.
