摘要
特高压主变压器110 kV低压倒无功设备的保护配置比较特殊,不仅在电容器组不平衡电流保护中采用了两段式设计,而且电抗器组电流速断保护是按照额定电流整定计算,按照最小运行方式下引出线端两相短路校验的,同时特别增加了元件开关与分支母线断路器失灵保护功能,形成110 kV低压倒的层级失灵保护配置。针对其首次创新应用HGIS负荷开关代替常规开断短路电流的断路器用于设备投切操作的相关保护问题,进行了相应的分析探讨。
The protection disposition of transformer at 1 lOkV LV side reactive compensation equipment is special. Two stage design is used in the capacitor unbalance current protection, shunt reactors current quick break protection is set and calculated as per rated current. Calculation is conducted as per two phase short circuit at lead wire side under minimum operation mode. Especially branching switch and the bus circuit breaker failure protection function are added to form the hierarchy failure protection configuration at 110 kV LV side. Corresponding discussion is conducted in the light of equipment switching protection for new HGIS load switch instead of conventional circuit breaker.
