机床传动机构中轴承座的安装与调试

摘要 介绍了一款卧式加工中心丝杠传动机构中,电机座、丝母座和轴承座三者之间同轴度的检测方法。有效减小丝杠的升温与变形,减小丝杠的径向和偏置载荷,提高机床的定位精度与重复定位精度。 This paper introduces detection method of the alignment among the bearing, motor and NUT in lead screw mechanism in horizontal machining center. Temperature and deformation of the leads crew are reduced. Screw radial and bias load are reduced. Positioning precision and repeat positioning accuracy of machine tool are improved.
