摘要 振动时效对于消除残余应力非常有效,但振动时效参数制定较为困难。以某机床电机座铸件为研究对象,尝试以一种全新方法确定振动时效参数。利用有限元数值模拟技术确定了铸件铸造残余应力的大小与分布;利用ANSYS软件的动力学分析功能,对铸件进行了模态分析和谐响应分析,根据分析结果得出了振动时效工艺参数。该研究方法和结论对铸造企业确定振动时效工艺参数具有重要的参考价值和借鉴意义。 The vibration stress relief is very effective to decrease the remnant stress in castings,but the technological parameters are relatively difficult to establish.Taking the casting motor frame as research object,the parameters of vibration stress relief with a new method was tried to determinate.The size and distribution of remnant stress were determined through the numerical simulation technology;the modality analysis and harmonic response analysis were carried on the casting by using the kinetics analysis function of ANSYS.According to the analysis result,some parameters of vibration stress relief were obtained.The research method and conclusion would provide the important reference for casting enterprise to determine technological parameters of vibration stress relief.
