摘要
振动时效用于降低铸件内应力十分有效,但大型铸件的振动时效参数制定较为困难。使用有限元分析软件ANSYS对床身进行了振动时效模拟,根据模态分析和谐响应分析的结果进行工艺参数制定。生产实践表明工艺参数结果较为合理。
The VSR（Vibratory Stress Relief） is used to decrease internal stress in castings,but for large castings,the process parameters are difficult to establish.In this paper,the VSR process simulation is made by ANSYS.According to the results of modal analysis and harmonic response analysis,the VSR process parameters are decided.The result is used in production and proved to be reasonable.
