摘要
材料的应力应变特性角度和位错理论的微观角度分析了大型数控机床床身振动时效的机理;针对大型数控机床床身的特点,确定了振动时效的工艺方案,进行了振动时效的生产应用。振动时效的结果表明:振动时效能有效地消除和均化机床床身的残余应力,缩短机床床身的制造时间,解决大型数控机床床身制造过程的变形问题,稳定大型数控机床床身的尺寸及精度。
From the microscopic view of material stress-strain behavior and dislocation theory,this paper studies the mechanism of vibratory stress relief for large NC machine tools bed.According to the characteristic of machine tools bed,the process scheme of VSR is designed and is put into production.The results reveal that the VSR can eliminate residual stress in machine tools bed and make them into homogeneous distribution,and the production period can be reduced.So the deformation problems are solved in large NC machine tools bed production.The dimension of bed is stable and precision is improved.
