摘要
本文通过测定柴油机缸体的残余应力,分析热时效与振动时效消除残余应力的效果。结果表明,在本试验条件下热时效对消除铸件残余应力的效果明显好于振动时效。
Based on the tests of residual stresses in diesel engine cylinder blocks,treating effect of heat aging and vibration aging on eliminating residual stress has been analyzed.The results show that heat aging was a better aging process to eliminate residual stress than vibration aging.
