摘要
提出了滚动导轨刚度与阻尼系数的实验测量方法。建立了实验系统的单自由度解耦模型,排除了实验装置的辅助结构对滚动导轨的影响,获得了高精度的刚度与阻尼系数的测试数据。提出的方法既可用于滚动导轨垂直方向的刚度与阻尼系数的测量,也可用于滚动导轨的侧向刚度与阻尼系数的测量,获得完整的滚动导轨力学特性数据,对数控机床整机动态性能的分析计算与研究具有重要意义。
The experimental method to measure the stiffness and damping coefficients of wiling guide is put forward. By constituting uncoupling model with one degree of freedom of experimental system, the influence of the accessorial structure on the experimental system is eliminated, and the experiment data of rigidity and damping with high precision are obtained. The method can be used to measure the stiffness and damping coefficients in upright direction as well as in side direction of rolling guide , and full mechanical properties of rolling guide can be obtained, which is of significance for analysis of mechanical behavior of whole structure of NC machine tool.
