中医诊断实训教学中引入真实病人担任标准化病人的尝试与探索 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨真实病人担任标准化病人在中医诊断学实训教学中的可行性。方法以本校2014级中西医结合专业七年制2班学员(45人)为研究对象,带教老师按照部署,组织学员完成由真实病人担任标准化病人参与的"问诊"和"诊法+辨证"两次实训课的教学任务,再通过实训成绩考核表、课后学生的感想、带教老师看法等方式反馈信息。结果参与师生一致认为在中医诊断实训课中引入真实病人担任标准化病人的教学能显著提高学生学习兴趣及与患者沟通交流的能力,教学效果良好。结论真实病人担任准化病人进行教学可行有效,值得推广应用。 Objectives To explore the feasibility of application of real patients act as standardized patients in the practical teaching for diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods 45 students of our school level 2014 in Class 2 professional year 7 of integration of traditional and western medicine major were involved in the study. According to the arrangement, they were required to complete the practical teaching task by using Inquiry and diagnostic method and syndrome differentiation on the real patients act as the standardized patients, the practice effect was fed back by means of practical teaching score evaluation form, reflection of the students after class and the opinions of the teachers. Results All of the students and the teachers agreed that the application of real patients act as standardized patients in the practical teaching for diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine could increase the study interest and the communication ability with the patients of the students. The teaching effect is good. Conclusion The application of real patients act as standardized patients in the practical teaching is feasible and worthy of promoting.
