品管圈联合PACS典型案例在神经内科护理带教中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的采用品管圈联合PACS系统典型案例教学法对神经内科实习护士生进行带教,探讨其对护理学教学质量的研究。方法选取2015年1月—2016年1月在齐齐哈尔医学院附属医院神经内科实习的护士生100名,随机分成实验组和对照组,每组50名,实验组采用品管圈联合PACS典型案例教学法进行教学工作,对照组采用传统教学方法进行教学工作。结果实验组学生出科考试成绩(87.0±11.9)分明显高于对照组学生成绩(75.0±10.7)分,实验组对教学方法满意程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论品管圈联合PACS典型案例教学法具有很高实用性,可以提高神经内科护理教学质量。 Objective To discuss the application of quality control circle and PACS typical cases in the nursing teaching in the department of neurology.Methods 100 cases of nurse students in the department of neurology in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each,the experimental group adopted the quality control circle and PACS typical cases,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method.Results The after-department examination score in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group[(87.0±11.9) marks vs(75.0±10.7) marks],and the satisfactory degree in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion The practicability of quality control circle and PACS typical cases is high,which can improve the nursing teaching quality in the department of neurology.
