摘要
在世界的舞台上,中国始终坚持"和平共处五项原则",坚持合作共赢、互惠互利的合作机制。当下"一带一路"发展战略是中国对外开放的新篇章,此战略一经提出就受到沿线许多国家的认可与支持,坚定了各国深入发展合作的决心。与此同时,随着国家间贸易往来不断增多,矛盾摩擦接踵而至,沿线各国的高风险与相互间的差异,以及信任不足而引发的高度戒备等,迫切需要法律加以规制。所以,探讨国家间法律合作机制的构建及其潜在的风险与防范措施,成为当下推行"一带一路"发展战略与创建和谐发展环境亟需解决的重要课题。
On the world stage, China has always adhere to the ＂Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence ＂, and to the win-win cooperation, mutual reciprocity and mutual benefit cooperation mechanism. The development strategy of ＂the Belt and Road＂ is opening a new chapter in China. This strategy which is recognized and supported by many countries establishes the national determination of in-depth development of cooperation. At the same time, along with the growing trade in many countries, fre-quent conflicts, high risks, national differences and the high alert for lack of trust urgently need the law to regulate. So, it＇s an important subjects to discuss the construction of the legal cooperation mechanism among countries and its potential risks and preventive measures in promoting the ＂the Belt and Road＂ development strategy and creating a harmonious development environment.
