摘要
黑龙江省对俄法律合作的发展与完善,对法治全球化背景下中俄两国开展更为密切的法律关系具有重大的理论与现实意义。目前,中国和俄罗斯正处于社会转轨过程之中,各自的法律框架和细节都存在巨大差异。因此,从了解黑龙江省对俄法律合作的基本现状入手,掌握黑龙江省对俄法律合作机制面临的主要问题,完善黑龙江省对俄法律合作的对策,促进黑龙江省对俄法律合作的沟通、协调发展。
The development and perfection of the legal cooperation between Heilongjiang and Russia has great theoretical and practical significance to develop closer legal relationships under the globalization of the rule of law. Currently,China and Russia are in the process of transition of society. There are huge differences in the legal framework and details of their respective. Therefore,from the understanding of the basic situation of Russian legal cooperation in Heilongjiang Province,master the major issues facing the Russian legal cooperation mechanism in Heilongjiang,improving the legal cooperation between Heilongjiang and Russia,promoting the coordination and development of the Russian legal cooperation in Heilongjiang Province.
