摘要
随着高等职业教育的普及以及国家对职业教育的重视和投入,提高技术技能型人才培养质量是职业教育生存和发展关键。如何转变建筑工程技术人才培养模式是急需解决的问题。以淮南联合大学建筑工程技术专业人才培养模式改革为例,结合专业建设、人才培养模式、课程体系与教学资源库建设、双师型队伍培养和校内外实验实训基地建设、岗位证书获取以及建筑工程技术专业服务社会为抓手,阐述了培养合格的建筑工程专业技术人才的方法和途径,完善校企合作、岗位引领人才培养模式的创新,增强产业支撑专业、专业服务地方产业的能力,促进职业教育改革大力发展,提升建筑工程技术专业人才培养质量。
With the popularization of higher vocational education and the national attention on it, improving the quality of technical skills training becomes the key to the survival and development of vocational education. How to change the mode of architectural engi- neering and technical personnel training is an urgent problem to be solved. This paper takes the training mode reform of architectural engineering and technical personnel of Huainan Union University as an example, combined with the specialty construction, talent cultivation mode, curriculum setting and teaching resource construction, double type teachers training, experimental training base construction, post certificate acquisition and service society, it expounds the methods and ways of cultivating qualified technical personnel for architectural engineering. By improving the school - enterprise cooperation, innovating the post leading personnel training mode and enhancing the ability of Industry support professional, professional services local industry to promote the development of vocational education reform and improve the quality of the personnel training in the architectural engineering and technology.
