摘要
高职院校的就业率一直以来都处于较高的状态，主要原因是由于高职院校比较注重技术人才的培养。笔者根据自身多年的工作经验，现就高职院校建筑工程技术专业三型人才的培养模式进行了研究。
Employment of higher vocational colleges is alwa-ys in a higher status, and the main reason is because of the higher vocational colleges’ comparison pay at ention to the de-velopment of technology talents. The author bases on years of working experience to explore three type talent cultivation mode of construction engineering technology specialty in hig-her vocational col eges.
