摘要
高等职业教育的核心是培养学生的职业能力,建筑工程技术专业培养的是高级技术应用型人才。针对此培养目标,文章提出:按照岗位工作过程,分析工作任务,进而培养高职建筑工程技术专业学生的职业能力,进而有针对性的进行岗位职业能力分析,即按照施工过程导向进行学生职业能力的培养。
The core of higher vocational education is to cultivate the students＇ professional ability, the training objectives of construction engineering technology major are advanced technology applied talents. For the training goal, the article puts forward that： according to the working process, it analyzes the work tasks, thus cultivates the professional ability of students in the major of higher vocational construction engineering technology, and analyzes the post professional ability, namely according to the construction process guidance, cultivates students＇ vocational ability.
