摘要
目的:观察格锐大白等离子消毒器对不同载体上细菌和真菌的消毒效果。方法:按照2002版《消毒技术规范》要求,采用载体定量试验方法,观察射流放电与介质阻挡放电两种方式产生的等离子体对亚麻布和乳胶载体上的金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的消毒效果。结果:格锐大白消毒器射流放电与介质阻挡放电两种方式产生的等离子体对亚麻布和乳胶载体上的金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌均有良好的杀灭作用,照射5 s就开始产生杀菌作用,作用1 min即可达到90%以上的杀灭率;对乳胶载体上的金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的杀灭效果优于对亚麻布载体;随着照射时间的延长,介质阻挡放电的消毒效果优于射流放电。结论:格锐大白等离子消毒器对不同载体上细菌和真菌均具有良好的消毒作用。
Objective: To observe the sterilizing effect of Gerui Dabai Plasma Sterilizer against bacteria and fungus on different carriers. Methods: According to 〈Technical Standard for Disinfection〉 2002 edition, quantitative germicidal test was used to observe the terminating levels of Staphylococcus aureus as well as Candida albicans on both linen and emulsion carriers using plasma generating from jet discharge and dielectric barrier discharge separately. Results: Plasma generating from both jet discharge and dielectric barrier discharge had excellent sterilizing effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans on both linen and emulsion carriers. The bactericdal effect was generated soon ofter 5 s of exposure, ang sterilzation rate could reach 90% after 1 min of exposure. Regarding carriers, sterilizing effect on emulsion was better than that on linen for both Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans. Regarding irradiating exposure, as time went on, plasma generating from jet discharge had better sterilizing effect than that from dielectric barrier discharge. Conclusion: Gerui Dabai Plasma Sterilizer has excellent sterilizing effect on both Staphylococcus aurens and Candida albicans on different carriers.
