摘要
目的利用大气压下高压电场放电装置产生的等离子体对三种不同基材的消毒研究。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验方法,对该装置杀灭物体表面细菌的效果进行了观察。结果该装置产生的等离子体作用5 min,对玻璃器皿表面上污染的枯草杆菌繁殖体达到完全杀灭;对污染在内径1 mm塑料管内的枯草杆菌繁殖体作用30 min,平均杀灭对数值仅0.5。用该装置产生的等离子体作用30 min,可使麦粉和番茄片中细菌数降低到卫生部门允许的最低标准。结论该大气压下高压电场放电等离子体对光滑物体表面上细菌杀灭效果较好,对管腔内细菌杀灭作用较差。
Objective To study the disinfection effect of the atmospheric pressure plasma from high voltage electric field discharge device on three different substrates.Methods Carrier quantitative bactericidal test was used to observe disinfection effect on the object surface of the device.Results The device could completely kill the Bacillus subtilis vegetative on the surface of glass after 5 min treatment.While the killing logarithm value of the Bacillus subtilis vegetative in PTFT capillary after 30 min treatment of this device was 0.5.Bacteria in the barley grass powder or tomato slice also could be reduced to the minimum standards allowed of the health sector after 30 min treatment.Conclusion The atmospheric pressure plasma from high voltage electric field device has a good disinfection effect on the bacteria on the smooth surface while has an unsatisfactory disinfection effect on the bacteria in the capillary.
