常压介质阻挡放电空气等离子体对金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭效果及机理研究 被引量:10

Study on bactericidal effects and mechanisms of dielectric barrier discharge( DBD)air plasma on Staphylococcus aureus

摘要 目的观察常压介质阻挡放电低温空气等离子体对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭效果及其杀菌机理。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验和扫描电镜技术,对该等离子体空气消毒装置杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌的效果及作用后菌体超微结构进行观察。结果该常压介质放电空气等离子体消毒装置以空气为载气,能够在电源电压150 V,电流0.5A,介质间距5 mm的条件下,放电作用1 min对聚四氟乙烯载体表面的金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭率达到99.9%以上。扫描电镜观察发现,作用后的菌体破损,菌体内容物漏出。结论本研究常压介质阻挡放电空气等离子体装置能快速杀灭塑料表面金黄色葡萄球菌并使菌体破坏,证明杀菌效果的可靠性。 Objective To observe the bactericidal effects and mechanisms of dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) air plas- ma on Staphylococcus aureus. Methods The carrier quantitative bactericidal test was used to observe the killing effect of DBD air plasma on S. aureus on poly (tetrafluoroethylene) (PTFE). The ultra -structure of bacteria was tested by scan- ning electron microscopy (SEM). Results When the bacteria on PTFE was exposed to the DBD air plasma at supply volt- age of 150 V, supply current of 0.50 A, air gap of 5 mm and treatment time of 60 s, the killing rate could reach over 99.9%. The result of SEM showed the crack of cell wall (cell membrane) ,the change of cell permeability and the leak of cell content. Conclusion The DBD air plasma can kill S. aureus efficiently in short time and can cause bacterial cells cracking, which proves the reliability of killing effect.
