摘要
等离子体作为一种新兴的广谱灭菌技术,具有快速、安全、简便、全面、有效地灭杀多种病原菌的特点,在食品加工、医药卫生等多领域有着广泛的应用前景。综述了等离子体灭菌的影响因素、机理及应用现状,阐述了等离子体杀菌技术研究与发展的重点方向。
As a new broad-spectrum sterilization technology,plasma can effectively kill a variety of characteristics of pathogens.Because of its rapid,safe,simple and comprehensive,it has a wide range of applications in food industry,medicine and other fields.In the paper,the concept and classification on plasma and the factors influencing the sterilization are summarized.The mechanism,application status and prospects of several kinds of sterilizations are also described.
