摘要
目的探讨标本溶血对生化检验结果的影响分析。方法选择2015年9~12月在我院门诊进行体检的100名正常志愿者的血液标本作为研究对象,采用日立7600-010型全自动生化分析仪检测血液标本溶血前后谷氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBil)、直接胆红素(DBil)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(Alb)、肌酸激酶(CK)、K^+、Ca^(2+)、葡萄糖(Glu)、尿素氮(BUN)、尿酸(UA)等12项生化指标,观察溶血前后各项指标的水平差异。结果研究对象血液标本溶血前后AST、ALT、TBil、DBil、TP、ALB、CK、K^+、Glu、BUN水平比较,差异均有统计学的意义(P<0.05);溶血前后血液中UA、Ca^(2+)水平比较,差异无统计学的意义(P>0.05)。结论标本溶血现象对很多临床生化检验实验有很大的影响,为了尽可能减少或避免标本溶血的发生,要求临床工作人员采血时严格按照要求操作,对标本的采集、运送、分离以及检测过程严格操作,做好临床标本分析前的质量控制,使检验结果更准确可靠。
Objective To discuss the influence of blood specimen hemolysis on the results of chemical biochemical tests.Methods The blood samples from 100 cases of normal volunteers carried out physical examination in outpatient of our hospital from September to December 2015 for the research object.12 tested indexes of biochemical index blood samples such as alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST),values of total bilirubin (TBil),direct bilirubin (DBil),total protein (TP),albumin (ALB),creatine kinase (CK),K+,calcium (Ca^2+),glucose (GLU),urea nitrogen (BUN),uric acid (UA) were detected before and after hemolysis by the Hitachi Model 7600-010 automatic biochemical analyzer and the levels difference of each indexe was analyzed.Results Levels of AST,ALT,Tbil,Dbil,TP,ALB,CK,K+,Glu, BUN before and after the hemolysis had statistically significant differences (P〈0.05);the value of UA,Ca2+ had no statis- tical difference before and after the hemolysis (P〉0.05). Conclusion The hemolysis has a great influence on on the clinical and biochemical test,the effect of clinical laboratory tests,in order to reduce or avoid hemolysis phenomenon, clinical staff should be strict in the operating of samples collecting,transport,separate and detecting,and keep higher quality control before test,that can make the results more accurate and reliable.
