摘要
[目的]观察不同存放时间对实验动物血清生化值的影响。[方法]将100只6~8周龄大白鼠适应性饲养,禁食不禁水12h后采集血样存放于4℃条件备检。采用全自动生化分析仪对存放1h、24h、48h、5d、7d时间血清进行生化值检测。[结果]存放1h与24h,各项指标均无明显差异(P>0.05);存放48h,除尿素(BUN)有显著性差异(P<0.05)外,其他各项指标均无明显差异(P>0.05),存放5d、7d血清生化值出现不同程度变化(P<0.05,P<0.01),其中对TP、ALB、GLU、CRE、BUN及TBil影响最为明显(P<0.05,P<0.01)。[结论]动物实验采集血清生化测定尽可能在当天完成,临时4℃冷藏,最长时间不宜超过2d。
[Objective]To observe the effects of preservation period of serum samples of experimental animals on biochemical values.[Methods] The serum samples(4℃) of 100 white rats of 6-8 weeks feeded by self-help drinking but no feedstuffs for 12 hours were measured.By using automatic biochemical analyzer,the biochemical values of blood samples preserved for 1h、24h、48h、5d、7d were measured.[Results] The biochemical values of blood samples preserved for 1h and 24h didn't differ significantly(P〉0.05).The values of serum samples preserved for 48h were not observably different(P〈0.05)except that the value of BUN differed significantly(P〈0.05).The effects of preservation period for 5d、7d of serum samples on biochemical values were prominent(P〈0.05,P〈0.01),especially on TP、ALB、GLU、CRE、BUN and TBil(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).[Conclusion] It's better to finish the biochemical measurement of serum samples of experimental animals in one day,and storage at 4℃ for 2 days at the most.
