摘要
中缅边境瑞丽国家重点开发开放试验区吸引了大量缅甸籍人员跨境涌入。通过对操缅甸语,以跨境商贸、入境劳务和在华定居的三类"跨境流动、族裔聚居"缅甸籍人员的调查,对瑞丽市缅甸籍人员的服务管理现状进行分析,研究中国经济崛起背景下外籍移民逆向输入问题,特别是有针对性地研究中缅边境沿线缅甸籍移民管理等问题,主旨是为当地市政部门和相关管理机构的工作提供具有现实意义的参考。
The Ruili national key development and open test zone in the China-Myanmar border has attracted a lots of Burma nationality people to take cross-border influx. Based on with the Burmese, According to the investigation of three types Burma nationality people of ＂ cross-border trade in China, labour services in China, Settle in China ＂.This paper analyzes the present situation of the service management of Burma nationality people in Ruili. The contents include the issues about the reverse input by foreign immigrants under the background of China’s economy rise, especially the research on the management of Burma nationality immigrants along the China-Myanmar border, and make suggestions for work method of local municipal departments and relevant management agencies.
