摘要
杀伤人命、取人钱财是人类社会最古老的犯罪,中国传统社会法律规范中称之为"贼"、"盗"。在以农业为主要经济基础的中国传统社会,"盗"、"贼"犯罪严重破坏了社会秩序,威胁着人们的生命、财产安全,历代统治者均将其作为社会治安治理的重中之重。
The crime of＂Dao Zei＂ （including stealing, robbery and revolt, etc. ） was always the focal point for the rulers to deal with in the traditional Chinese society. The rulers and the thinkers in traditional Chinese society did their best to find the way of eliminating those problems and got many good ideas. To study the history is to find successful measures to cope with the similar problems now and in the future. This article tries to do something helpful with the public security and the crime prevention in current Chinese society.
