摘要
目的:探讨肺癌组织中HMGN5基因的表达水平及与临床病理特征的相关性,为肺癌的诊断和治疗提供依据。方法:采用RT-PCR法检测HMGN5基因在观察组45例肺癌组织及对照组35例癌旁正常组织中的表达,分析HMGN5基因的表达水平与肺癌组织临床病理特征相关性。结果:观察组肺癌患者HMGN5基因转录m RNA水平明显高于对照组的癌旁正常组织,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肺癌组织中HMGN5基因与性别、年龄以及肺癌的病理类型无显著相关性(P>0.05);与患者的病理分级和分期以及是否有淋巴结转移有着显著的相关性(P<0.05)。结论:肺癌组织中HMGN5基因的表达水平与临床病理特征显著相关,并与病理分级、淋巴结转移以及临床分期呈显著有关,这可能提示HMGN5基因的表达水平与肺癌的发生、发展有着密切的关系。
Objective： To explore tbe expression of HMGN5 gene in lung cancer and its correlation with clinicopathological features, and to provide the basis for the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.Method： RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of HMGN5 gene in observation group of 45 cases with lung cancer tissues and control group of 35 cases with corresponding non-tumor normal lung tissue.The correlation between HMGN5 gene expression and clinicopathological features of lung cancer were analyzed.Result： The expression of HMGN5 mRNA in observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .HMGN5 gene in observation group of gender, age and pathological types had no significant correlation （ P〉0.05 ） ; pathological grading, clinical staging, and whether there was lymph node metastasis were significantly correlated （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： The expression level of HMGN5 gene in lung cancer is significantly correlated with clinicopathological features of pathological grading, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage.This may suggest that the expression level of HMGN5 gene has a close relationship with the occurrence and development of lung cancer.
