摘要
目的:探析常温流动牙胶法与冷侧压牙胶法充填治疗后牙C形根管的临床效果。方法:选取2014年8月-2015年8月本院确诊的85例后牙C形根管患者(85颗牙)为研究对象,按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(n=42)和观察组(n=43)。对照组接受冷侧压牙胶法充填治疗,观察组接受常温流动牙胶法治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比评价。结果:观察组患者的根管平均填充时间、术后疼痛评分、填充密合度,均优于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访1年后,观察组的总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常温流动牙胶法填充治疗后牙C形根管的远期效果显著,填充时间短、痛苦小,可在临床上应用推广。
Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of normal temperature flow gutta percha and cold lateral condensation of gutta percha method in treatment of C-shaped root canal of posterior teeth.Method：85 cases of C-shaped root canal of posterior teeth（85 teeth） in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2015 were selected as the research objects,the patients were randomly divided into control group（n=42） and observation group（n=43）.The control group received the cold lateral condensation of gutta percha filling treatment method,the observation group received the treatment of Gutta Flow,the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared and evaluated.Result：The average root canal filling time,postoperative pain score,filling density of the observation group were better than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.1 year after treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than that 83.33% in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The long-term effect of normal temperature flow gutta percha in treatment of C-shaped root canal of posterior teeth is significant,the filling time is short,the pain is small,and can be popularized in clinical application.
