GuttaFlow常温流动牙胶充填系统在下颌第二恒磨牙C形根管中的充填效果 被引量:6

Efficacy of root canal fillings with GuttaFlow root canal obturation system in mandibular second molars

摘要 目的评价GuttaFlow常温流动牙胶充填系统在下颌第二恒磨牙C形根管中的充填效果。方法 60颗具有C形根管特征的下颌第二恒磨牙使用ProTaper冠向下法预备根管随机均分成三组,分别以GuttaFlow充填系统(A组)、连续波热牙胶充填法(B组)和冷侧压充填法充填根管(C组)。三组样本进行颊舌向和近远中向的RVG摄像,比较出现气泡、侧支根管和网状根尖三角的充填影像牙数。同时进行锥形束CT扫描,记录不同根截面形态上充填物与根管间出现空隙的牙数。结果 A组出现侧枝根管的几率大于C组(25.0%vs.0)(P<0.05);A组在根下1/3出现空隙的牙数小于B、C组(P<0.05)。结论 GuttaFlow常温流动牙胶用于充填下颌第二磨牙C形根时效果较用热牙胶和冷侧压充填好,尤其是在根下1/3具有良好的密合性。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of root canal fillings with GuttaFlow root canal obturation system in mandibular second molars. Methods The mandibular second molars with C-shaped canals were treated in 60 mandibular second molars, which were equally assigned into three groups of A (filled with GuttaFlow obturation system), B (with continuous wave condensation technique) and C(with cold lateral compaction technique), respectively. Bubbles, obturated lateral canals and reticular apical triangles on the X-ray were counted. The number of gaps between fillings and root canals on different root cross section were recorded by CBCT. Results The number of obturated lateral canals in group A was higher than that in group C(25.0% vs. 0) (P〈0. 05). The number of gaps between fillings and root canals on the apical area cross in group A was lower than that in the other two groups (P〈0. 05 ). Conclusion The GuttaFlow obturation system is more effective than continuous wave condensation technique and cold lateral compaction technique in C-shaped canal obturaion, especially in the apical area.
