摘要
目的比较冷侧方加压和热牙胶垂直加压治疗患者根尖周炎的疗效,为口腔治疗提供参考依据依据。方法选择2013年4月-2014年4月我院收治的110例根尖周炎患者作为研究对象,以数字法随机分为观察组及对照组,各55例,观察组患者实施热牙胶垂直加压方式治疗;对照组施以冷侧方加压治疗,对比两组疗效。结果经过不同方式治疗之后,观察组叩痛、根尖区压痛均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组疗效为优者占63.64%(35/55),优良率为96.36%(53/55),均显著高于对照组的38.18%(21/55)、74.55%(41/55)。观察组的填充时间明显少于对照组;观察组的生活质量评分在治疗之后得到明显提升,提升效果显著优于对照组。结论对根尖周炎患者实施治疗时采用热牙胶垂直加压可以有效提升治疗效果,降低叩痛和根尖区压痛。
[ Objective ] To study the effect of cold lateral in patients with periapical periodontitis. [ Methods ] From condensation and heat gutta-percha condensation treatment April 2013 to April 2014, 110 patients in our hospital for treatment of periapical periodontitis patients as study object. The figures were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 55 cases in each group. The observation group received warm gutta-percha condensation treatment; the control group was treated with cold lateral condensation treatment, compared observation of two groups of curative effect. [ Results ] After different treatment, observation group percussion pain and apical area tenderness was significantly lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）.The effect of observation group was excellent accounted for 63.64%（35/55）, the excellent rate was 96.36%（53/55）, were significantly higher than the control group 38.18%（21/55）, 74.55%（41/55）.. The filling time of the observation group was significantly less than the control group; life quality scores in the observation group improved significantly after treatment, enhance the effect significantly better than the control group. [ Conclusion ] The treatment of periapical periodontitis with warm gutta-percha condensation can effectively improve the therapeutic, reduce the pain and tenderness occurred.
