“体智能”和“趣味田径”课程对幼儿身体素质影响的实验研究 被引量:22

摘要 幼儿体育是幼儿教育的重要组成部分,在幼儿教育中一直扮演着重要的角色,实现幼儿的全面发展离不开幼儿体育教育。以在幼儿园开展的、新兴的"体智能"和"趣味田径"对幼儿身体的影响进行研究,并对两门课程进行比较。主要运用实验法以幼儿园4~5岁的161名幼儿为实验对象,得出体智能课程和趣味田径课程对4~5岁幼儿身体发展都有积极的影响;体智能课程对促进幼儿身体平衡素质、协调素质的发展效果明显;趣味田径课程对促进幼儿的身体协调、爆发力和平衡素质的发展效果明显等结论。 Pre-school physical education is an important part of early childhood education and it has always played an important role in early childhood education. The comprehensive development of the early childhood education could not be achieved without the pre-school physical education. The research focused on the"Physical intelligence"and the"kids' Athletics"of the kindergarten which are the newdeveloped pre-school physical education and compares between the two courses. This research mainly used experiment method and took total 161 children aged 4 ~ 5 as experimental subject. The result shows that physical intelligent course and kids' athletic course play positive role in the development of children from 4 ~5 years old. Physical Intelligent course will obviously enhance the development of kids' balancing and coordinating ability.However the kids' Athletic course will have supplement effect except the power abilities development.
