摘要
类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种常见的自身免疫性疾病,会导致患者平均寿命降低,并且给患者家庭和社会带来巨大的经济损失。RA的病因至今尚未明确,但免疫紊乱是其发病的重要机制之一。微小RNA主要在转录后水平调控基因表达,可以调控免疫细胞和细胞因子网络,从而影响免疫应答。现将微小RNA在RA免疫应答过程中的作用作一综述。
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA) is a common autoimmune disease which can adversely affect patients' level of life span and bring huge economy loss not only to patient's family but also the society.The mechanism of RA has not been clarified. However,one of the well-known mechanisms of RA is the disorder of immune system. microRNA play important roles in regulating gene expression in the process of immune responses including immune cells and the cytokine network. In this review,we will describe various microRNAs involved in immune system.
