摘要 炎症性肠病(IBD)的发病机制与免疫、炎症、损伤、遗传等因素密切相关。MicroRNAs是一类小的非编码RNA,其通过与靶基因3’UTR区结合,负向调控基因表达,在炎症性肠病的发病机制中发挥重要的作用。 The pathogenesis of IBD is associated with immune response,inflammation,injure and genetic factors.MicroRNAs are a class of short,noncoding RNAs that regulate gene expression by binding to the 3'UTR of mRNA and cause translational inhibition which play an important role in the pathogenesis of IBD.
