探讨研讨式教学法在"Access数据库技术及其应用"课程中的应用。以某医院人力资源管理系统为实例,应用研讨式教学法指导学生学习和应用Access数据库。研讨式教学法对快速提升学生思维能力、分析能力和创新能力等有明显效果。研讨式教学法不仅仅是一种教学模式,它更能体现对学生创新能力等综合素质的培养。
The application of discussion teaching method in the course of ＂Access database technology and its application＂ is explored. Taking the human resource management system of a hospital as an example, the discussion teaching method is used to guide students to learn and apply Access database. The discussion teaching method has the obvious effect on the rapid promotion of students＇ thinking ability, analysis ability and innovation ability, and it is not only a kind of teaching method, but also better reflects the cultivation of students＇ innovation ability.
