摘要
通过对H省247名中职教师的教学民主观进行问卷调查,我们得出以下结论:中职教师最认同的教学民主观是"教学民主就是和学生商量,包括决策民主、教学过程民主和创设民主情景等内容";不同性别的中职教师在课前备课环节和作业布置与批改环节重要性认知上差异显著。因此,针对这些结论提出以下建议:普及民主知识,丰富教师对教学民主的认识;坚持以课堂为轴心推进教学民主的开展;积极引导各年龄段教师,鼓励他们大胆探索和尝试推动教学民主的做法。
Based on the questionnaire survey of 247 Secondary Vocational teachers" concept of teaching democracy in H province, we obtain the following conclusions: Secondary Vocational teacher's most approved concept of teaching democracy is "communicating with students, including decision-making democracy, teaching process democracy and creation of democratic scenarios, etc."; Secondary Vocational teachers of different gender differ significantly in the cognition of the importance of pre-class preparation, homework setting and correcting. According to the above conclusions, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: to popularize knowledge of democracy, enrich teachers" cognition of teaching democracy, promote the development of teaching democracy in the axis of classroom; actively guide teachers of all ages to bold exploration and practice of promoting teaching democracy
