摘要
一些人在考察党内民主建设时，认为推进党内良主建设可能会发生一些风险，如党组织发生分裂的风险、党内政治局面出现混乱的风险、党发生质变的风险等。我们认为对这些风险的源泉应该有进一步认知。因为其中有些风险的产生并非必然来自党内民主建设的推进。只要切实保证全体党员的民主权利，就根本不会产生这些风险。至于由党内民主推行措施不当所造成的风险，则不应该归罪于党内民主本身。当然，党内民主的发展，的确会对当前的党内制度、原则有所冲击，如民主集中制原则等。
When inspecting the Construction of the Intra-party Democracy, some people consider that there will be some risks, such as the risk of the party organization abruption, intra-party political disorder and the Party＇s qualitative change. While the writer deems we should have a deeper perception of the sources of the risks, for some of them not necessarily result from propelling the construction of the Intra-party Democracy. The risks will not exist as long as we ensure all the members＇ democratic rights. As for inappropriateness of propelling the intra-party democracy, the risks should not be attributed to the Party itself. Certainly, developing democratically within the party does have an impact on the present system and principles, like principle of democratic centralism.
