摘要
本文研究了海滨锦葵在不同土壤条件,不同季节和不同生长龄下块根生物活性的差异,最终选择盐渍化多年生海滨锦葵块根为优选实验材料。用其根粉提取物对高尿酸血症造模小鼠进行胃内给药,测定小鼠血尿酸和血糖等指标,结果表明小鼠的血清尿酸和血糖均有显著降低,去糖组尤其明显。因此在本实验条件下可见,海滨锦葵根粉降血尿酸血糖效果明显,和别嘌呤醇效果接近,为开发天然资源药物抗痛风和高尿酸血症提供了新的思路。
The study explored the effects of different soil, different seasons and different growing periods on the biological activity of Kosteletzkyavirginica. The extract of the root tuber of salinized perennial K. virginica, chosen as the optimized experiment materials, was put into the hyperuricmia mice modeling by intragastric administration. Indicators of the mice, including blood uric acid and blood sugar were tested. The results showed that the serum uric acid and blood sugar of mice modeling have been reduced significantly, especially de-sugaring modeling. The study demonstrated the evident effect of the root power of K. virginica, analogous to allopurinol, on decreasing blood uric acid and blood sugar, providing a new perspective of the development of natural medicine against gout and hyperuricmia.
