气液混输管道积液影响因素及控制方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 结合工程实例模拟研究了气液比、管径、输送压力对管道持液率的影响规律,结果表明,气液比越小、管径越大、输送压力越高,管线持液率越大;通过研究地形条件对管道持液量的影响,发现管道液体更容易在上坡段发生沉积。根据影响因素分析结果,归纳了管线积液控制及减轻段塞流对后续装置影响的方法。 Combining with engineering examples, influences rule of gas liquid ratio, the pipe diameter and the delivery pres- sure on the liquid holdup ratio were studied. The results show that with the decrease of gas liquid ratio, the increase of the pipe diameter and the delivery pressure, the liquid holdup ratio increases. By studying the influence of topographic condition on the liquid holdup, it is found that the liquid in the pipelines is more likely to deposit in the slope .According to the influence factors analysis results, effusion control of pipeline and the measures to reduce the impact of the slug flow on the follow-up device were summarized.
