油气混输管流中压降和持液率的影响因素分析 被引量:7

摘要 压降和持液率的计算在多相管流工艺计算中占有重要的地位,一般说来,影响压降的主要因素有温度、管径、管路粗糙度、气液相流量等;影响持液率的因素主要有压力、管径、气液相流量等。针对低粘油品用不同的计算模型,编制了计算压降和持液率的软件并进行了计算,结合具体的算例对压降和持液率的影响因素进行了分析。 Pressure drop and liquid holdup are very important in technique calculation of multi-phase flow, main factors affecting on pressure drop are temperatures, pipeline diameters, pipe roughness and gas & liquid flow rate. Main factors affecting on liquid holdup are pressures, pipeline diameters and gas & liquid flow rate. Studied are factors affecting on pressure drop and liquid holdup by means of various calculation models, at the same time, prepared is a program for calculating pressure drop and liquid holdup.
