摘要
目的了解云南省德宏州艾滋病防治人员职业倦怠现状及其影响因素。方法于2016年2月24日至3月11日,采用网上问卷调查的方法收集研究资料。结果采用工作倦怠量表(MBI)对331名艾滋病防治人员进行调查,其中226人表现出职业倦怠,职业倦怠总体发生率为68.3%,三维度得分分别是:情感耗竭(13.19±10.33)分,去人格化(2.50±4.13)分,个人成就感(20.61±10.29)分;在情感耗竭、去人格化、个人成就感方面得分低于M氏常模。影响职业倦怠的因素包括客观支持[AOR=0.09,95%可信区间(CI)∶0.83~0.99]、支持利用度(AOR=0.85,95%CI∶0.73~0.98)、焦虑(AOR=1.07,95%CI∶1.03~1.10)、工作在农村卫生室(AOR其他vs农村卫生室=0.06,95%CI∶0.01~0.63)等方面。结论德宏州职业倦怠总体发生率略低,在未来改善防艾人员职业倦怠上仍需关注农村防艾人员及防艾人员的社会支持及心理健康水平。
Objective To investigate incidence and its risk factors of job burnout among HIV/AIDS health work- ers in Dehong prefecture, Yunnan province. Methods A cross-sectional online survey was conducted from February 2016 to March 2016. Data were collected including socio-demographic data, the Maslach burnout inventory-human service survey （MBI-HSS）, social support revalued scale, and self-rating anxiety scale （SAS）. Results 331 partici- pants were recruited, of whom 226 showed job burnout, for an overall prevalence of 68.3%. Emotional exhaustion, de-personality, and reduced personal accomplishments rates were 13.19±10.33, 2.50±4.13, and 20.61±10.29 respectively. All these scores were lower than that in M＇s norm data. The multivariate logistic regression indicated that risk factors of burnout among HIV/AIDS health workers in Dehong prefecture, Yunnan province were subjec- tive support （AOR=0. 099 5% CI ： 0. 83-0. 99）, support utilization （AOR=0.85 95% CI ： 0. 73-0. 98） , anxie- ty （AOR=1. 07 95% CI ： 1.03-1.10）, and staff coming from rural clinics （AORothers vs rural clinics =0.06 95% CI：0.01-0.63）. Conclusion The prevalence of job burnout among HIV/AIDS health workers in Dehong prefecture is relatively low, more focus should be on rural HIV/AIDS health workers and social support and mental health of HIV/AIDS health providers should be highlighted in the intervention.
