摘要
通过产业结构调整提升环境效率是政府层面协调经济社会发展的重要手段。从产业结构高级化、产业空间结构变迁、产业内部结构异质化三个层面厘清产业结构调整影响环境效率的内在机制,进而从技术创新、产业空间集聚和异质化结构三个角度提出产业结构调整过程中的绿色路径设计。应通过逐步推进三次产业内部结构高级化、渐进式推动产业空间结构升级、促进产业发展方式的转型突破等措施,实现产业结构调整对环境效率的正向影响。
To improve environmental efficiency through industrial restructuring is a very important leverage to coordinate the harmonious development of society and economy. This research explored the internal mechanism of how industrial restructuring impacts environmental efficiency from three aspects,the upgrading,shifting and heterogeneity of industrial restructuring and then designed the green path during the industrial restructuring process from three corresponding factors,technological innovation,industrial spatial agglomeration and heterogeneity structure. Further,solutions to ensure industrial restructuring have a positive effect on environmental efficiency,including the thrice-upgrading of the internal structure,the gradual upgrading of industrial spatial structure and the shift of industrial development,will be brought up.
