摘要
当前,高职教育发展迅猛,淄博职业学院作为全国100所示范性高职院校建设单位,提出了"提高学生就业竞争力和发展潜力"的发展目标,人文素质是提高学生就业竞争力和发展潜力的重要措施。作者认为,英语教学应采取人文性的教学定位,本文从英语教学人文性的教学定位、教学内容和教学途径进行了探讨。
