摘要
传染病智能平台直报是通过区域卫生信息平台将医院信息系统和三级公共卫生数据统一采集交换平台进行连接,实现医疗机构传染病报告信息与中国疾病预防控制信息系统的自动交换,从而实现传染病报告卡由医务人员手工填报向计算机自动生成传染病报告信息的转变。本文阐述了宁波市在传染病智能平台直报模式上探索与实践的历程,并总结了实践过程中的经验和成效。
The reporting of infectious diseases is based on intelligent platform using the regional health information platform to connect hospital information system and public health data uniform collection exchange platform. The information of infectious disease in hospital can exchange with China information system for disease control and prevention. Therefore, it realizes the convert of infectious diseases reporting from doctor writing to automatically generate by information system. The paper focused on the exploration and practice on mode of infectious diseases reporting based on intelligent platform in Ningbo, and summarized the experience and effect. Ningbo mode has good replication and generalization. It is of highly reference value for the whole country.
