摘要
针对液位控制的快速响应及干扰抑制问题,分析了双容水箱液位控制系统的数学模型,研究了基于模型预测控制(MPC)和干扰观测器(DOB)相结合的控制方法 ,构造基于MPC-DOB的双容水箱液位控制复合控制器。仿真实验结果表明,基于MPC-DOB的方法对液位能快速精确控制、系统动态响应快速、干扰抑制能力强、鲁棒性好,与采用MPC方法、模糊PID控制方法等相比,具有明显的优势。
In order to enhance the fast response and disturbance rejection of water level control system, the mathematical model of the two-tanks system is analysed, and the controller of the system is constructed from combing the MPC and DOB methods. Simulation results demonstrate that the complex controller based on MPC and DOB can control the two-tanks water level quickly and accurately. The dynamic response is fast. The disturbance rejection performance is well. The control method concerned above is better than MPC control method and fuzzy PID control method.
