医学院校中助教信息员作用评价

Effect Evaluation of Teaching Assistant Information Member in Medical Colleges and Universities

摘要 目的调查学生在通过设立心理学双语助教信息员制度中的学习收获情况,进一步提高高等教育的教学质量。方法将8个学习心理学双语课程班级分为两组,一组设立助教信息员,并且详细规定组织实施的要求;另外一组不设立助教信息员,比较两组学生对于教师和学习收获的评价情况。结果助教信息员能提高学生的学习兴趣,帮助学生的课程学习。结论明确的助教信息员制度,能够提高学生学习兴趣。 Objective To investigate students' learning outcomes through the establishment of a bilingual teaching assistant information member system in psychology to further improve the quality of teaching in higher education. Methods The eight classes of learning psychology bilingual courses were divided into two groups, one set of assistant information officers, and detailed requirements for organizational implementation; the other group does not set up assistant information officer. Results Assistant information officer can significantly improve student interest in learning to help students learn the curriculum. Conclusion A clear system of teaching assistants information, to improve student interest in the teaching process of medical schools should be carefully promoted.
